There are many ways to make money on the Internet and that is great news to many people. However, there are some things that you should keep in mind. First of all, if you have a full-time job, then you might not have that much time to actually earn a lot of money. There are some people who spend many hours per day trying to earn some money online. If you only have an hour or two, then you can probably still earn some money, but it might be hard for you to compete with others who try to earn money on the Internet many hours per day. If you have realistic expectation, then you will not be disappointed.

There is another tip I want to share with you. Many people like spending a lot of time on the Web and that is because you can find there a lot of useful information. As a matter of fact, an internet user should be very careful and watch out for various scams. There are many websites that try to trick people into paying them money. They might promise that they will reveal to you some very successful business idea, while in reality you might lose money in the process. I strongly urge anyone to be very careful and not trust everything they read on the Internet.

Inserting Clip Art

Microsoft Word does not only allow words and numbers to be processed in its document. There are hundreds of so called clip arts built in your Microsoft Word program which you can insert into your document to make it more colorful and attractive. There is a very easy way to insert them into your desired place in the document. In the upper menu bar go to Insert option and then select Picture or go straight to Clip Art (it all depends on the version of your Word). It is very important that you have your cursor placed at the end of the text to which you want to out your clip art. After you make sure that it is at the end of the text, choose the clip art that you like by left clicking on it once.

Format Your Text the Right Way

I sometimes like to write some of my articles or do some charts in Word or Excel. Just like it is in Word, in Excel there is an option to format letters and numbers. Before you start doing anything, select first the cell or cells that you would like to format and after doing so follow these steps:

1. Right click the text or number that you would like to format.

2. The menu will appear. Select here Format Cells. In the Format Cells window click Font tab and make necessary changes here. You will be able to choose a new font for your letters, new font style and size.

3. After you are done with everything, just press OK.

4. Another thing that you can do in a Format Cells window is to make the background color of your choice by going to Patterns tab and make interesting borders by going to Borders tab.

As you see it was quite easy. You can also format letters are numbers in a very similar way in Open Office, which is for free.

It offers access to resources such as networks, storage, servers, services and applications on a demand basis. All those resources are distributed continuously between all users of a particular cloud based on how much resources are being requested at the moment. A small or medium-sized company doesn�t have to worry about �outgrowing� its equipment. As a company grows and as their server needs grow, it will be able to have more resources allocated to it.

Do You Know How to Customize a Toolbar?

Whereas the producers of Internet Explorer predicted that we, as users, would enjoy the options provided on the toolbar, I could enumerate how many of them I am actually I am not using and what I would add instead of the. Fortunately there is an option to customize one�s toolbar and it can be done very quickly:

1. Go to your Internet Explorer browser and right click on any free space on your toolbar.
2. A small window will appear with two columns: Available toolbar buttons and Current toolbar buttons.
3. In Available toolbar buttons left click on a desired function and then Add button to add it to your toolbar.
4. In Current toolbar buttons left click a function and then Remove to remove it to your toolbar.
5. The changes will take place immediately. Press Close to close all the windows.

Too Small Fonts? You can fix that!

Often while browsing the Internet you might and you will come across websites that have either too small font and their color is irritating your eyes and making it difficult to read. You want to continue reading anyway, so here it is what you can do:
1. Go to your Internet Explorer browser and select Tools from the upper menu bar.
2. Now proceed to internet options. From here go to General options and click on the Accessibility button.
3. Here uncheck the first two boxes �Ignore font sizes specified on Web pages� as well as �Ignore Colors specified on Web pages�. After this press OK.
4. Now go to View from the top menu bar and then to Text size options. Select your preferences here.
This is a very useful feature and surfing the web will be a lot more pleasurable after these changes.

Presenting Interesting Data in Table Format

As a blogger you may be interested in presenting interesting data in table format. In Word you can create tables and fill them with some useful data. If for some reason you no longer wish to keep it in a form of a table, you can convert your table into text. To do it, follow these steps:

1. Select the whole table.
2. Go to Table menu in the upper menu bar and select Convert. Another menu will appear here.
3. Select Convert Table to Text. The dialog box will pop up. Select what suits you the most. You will be able to choose between a few options to separate the text after it is taken from a table. They include paragraph marks, tabs, commas and others. Paragraph marks for example will make the data from cells appear converted to a paragraph in a document.

Later, you can consider publishing this data on your blog. Tables are a clear way to present information, so make sure you take advantage out of this feature whenever you feel like it might be beneficial.

How to Completely Obliterate the Data You No Longer Want to Store on Your Hard Drive

Only because you hit the delete button to erase data and are convinced that the document you want to remove is deleted, doesn�t mean that it really is permanently removed. The document needs to be properly discarded from your hard disk using a technique that many know as electronic shredding.

To properly delete a file, you need to realize that the data previously stored there needs to be overwritten with new data. That is the case because the file�s directory information still exists on the disk. If somebody used a low-level software to read your deleted files, he could still be able to read the data and have access to your most sensitive information. That is possible because data is stored on a hard drive as a series of small bits, and it is almost never stored in one piece, but rather in many tiny pieces known as clusters. There are three main components responsible for deciding where the data goes: the data itself, the directory, and the file system. Since the clusters where the data is stored aren�t even contiguous, random pieces of information are usually scattered all over the hard disk.

In order for electronic shredding software to comply with the federal standards, the files need to be overwritten multiple times to ensure the highest level of safety. Additionally, there are also HIPAA and HITECH compliance requirements for electronic shredders to prevent privacy violations. The HITECH Act has been in effect since 2009 protecting health care patients from any information leaks from occurring.

The safest way to erase data it is to use high-security shredding services as opposed to standard services. Only high-security shredding devices comply with the United States Department of Defense Standard 5220.22-M. The standard specifies that data can be cleared by writing a series of bit patterns on the entire hard disk once; however, for higher security, the process can be repeated more than once.
