Customer Retention

When it comes to businesses, all of them want to have as many customers as possible. They have many methods of looking for and obtaining new customers, but unfortunately some of them forget about one thing. They forget about the importance of customer retention. I am sure that many of us encountered customer service that was not helpful at all or perhaps even rude. Companies like this forget that it takes ten times more money to obtain a new customer rather than to just keep a current customer happy. Consumers are not that demanding but they are not going to allow business to mistreat them. If you are a business owner, make sure you pay special care to customer service and make sure that you appreciate all of your customers.
