If you are a boss, you probably know that when you give your employees company mobile phones, they are almost for sure going to use those mobile phones for private conversations that have nothing to do with your business. You might think that using a company phone for private conversations is not a big deal. Well, I would like to tell you that it can be a big deal. Irresponsible usage of company mobile phones can cost a company a fortune. It is in the best interest of the manager of every company to ensure that his fund are not spent in a wasteful way. It pays to have a little extra protection to make sure that your employees don’t abuse your good will.
